Damon Wayans is a multi-talented American actor, comedian, writer, and producer most fondly remembered for his three seasons as writer and star of the Emmy Award-winning series In Living Color. His writing for the series earned him two personal Emmy nominations. He is also known for creating and starring in the hit ABC series My Wife and Kids.
His career boasts a wide range of roles in both film and television, including a TV remake of the hit movie franchise, Lethal Weapon for FOX and 413 Hope Street, which was nominated for a People’s Choice Award. On the big screen, Wayans starred in Spike Lee’s critically acclaimed film Bamboozled. He also starred in and executive produced the independent film, Harlem Aria. Other feature film credits include starring roles in Major Payne, Blankman, and Mo Money, all of which he also wrote and executive produced.
Most recently, Damon can be seen in the feature Cinnamon and as the writer, executive producer, and star of CBS' Poppa’s House.
