We believe in the immense power of storytellers and thought leaders to have positive and lasting social impact. We see it as a responsibility to use our unique position, through which so much of popular culture flows, to ignite and champion efforts to improve the world around us.

From helping to ensure that all voices are heard and amplified, including those that have historically been marginalized, to improving economic and social conditions in our local communities and worldwide, CAA has for more than 25 years contributed resources, expertise, time and funds across a range of critical issues.

CAA Foundation
Created in 1995, CAA’s philanthropic arm has become an integral part of its culture. Harnessing the power and reach of the entertainment and sports industries to create positive social change, the Foundation assists clients in building public awareness campaigns and forging strategic partnerships; encourages volunteerism among CAA employees and throughout our communities; and provides financial contributions and in-kind donations to important causes. Diversity & Inclusion
More diverse voices, from diverse backgrounds, provide a richer and better experience for audiences worldwide. CAA has long focused on ensuring that historically underrepresented groups within the talent community are assured equal opportunity for success.  To this end, we have created events, workshops and conferences to help generate opportunities – and address the challenges – for emerging and established talent; conducted research and reported findings on the correlation between diversity and business success; focused on increasing the diversity of our own client base; and advocated directly with marketplace buyers on the value of diverse voices.
