Biography

Molly Wood is a longtime journalist turned climate tech investor. She is the founder and CEO of MWM, where she writes and podcasts about, advises, and invests in tech solutions to the climate crisis. Previously, she was a managing director at LAUNCH, an early-stage venture capital firm.

A podcast pioneer, Molly launched one of the first commercially successful podcasts way back in 2005 (Buzz Out Loud). She also developed and launched video series and original podcasts at CNET/CBS, the New York Times, and Marketplace, where she created both Make Me Smart and How We Survive.

Molly's podcast, Everybody in the Pool, covers climate solutions and the people who are building them, from investors and corporations to individuals who are overhauling their lives.
