Biography

Nazanin Boniadi is a SAG and AACTA nominated, Iranian-born, British-American actress. She is also a renowned human rights and women’s rights activist, 2023 Sydney Peace Prize Laureate, Amnesty International UK Ambassador, Boroumand Center for Human Rights in Iran Board Member, a member of the steering committee for the World Movement for Democracy, as well as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Her global speaking engagements have included addressing the UN Security Council; British, Canadian, and Australian Parliaments; German Bundestag; Munich Security Conference; World Economic Forum; Paris Peace Conference; Nobel Peace Prize Forum; Oslo Freedom Forum; Oxford Union; Georgetown University; George Washington University; and the University of Sydney.
