    Biography

Nick Sirianni is the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. The product of a family of football coaches and educators, Sirianni developed a curriculum for building a winning culture that is grounded in five core values – connect, compete, accountability, football IQ and fundamentals. Through these principles, he directed one of the largest year-over-year win total improvements in team history in 2021, with Philadelphia capturing seven of its last 10 regular-season games to make the playoffs.

Sirianni, who pairs his teaching skills with a contagious energy and passion for the game, has helped many players enjoy successful showings, including quarterback Jalen Hurts. In his debut campaign, he led the Eagles to a 9-8 record and playoff appearance, becoming the third head coach in franchise history to reach the postseason in their first year at the helm.

Under Sirianni's leadership, the Eagles totaled the most explosive plays (163) in the league and ranked first with franchise records in rushing yards (2,715) and rushing touchdowns (25). Moreover, they finished fourth in third-down conversion rate (team-record 45.7 pct.) and allowed only 16 giveaways (fifth in the NFL), marking the club's fewest in a season in over 30 years. Philadelphia also registered the second-most defensive touchdowns (five) in the NFL and ranked 10th in opponent yards per game (328.8 ypg).
