Sarah Kustok, YES Network's lead Brooklyn Nets game analyst, holds the distinction of becoming the first female solo analyst for an NBA team. She is also the first woman to have won a New York Emmy as Sports Analyst, having done so twice in back-to-back years.
Kustok additionally serves as an NBA & College Basketball analyst on Fox Sports, as well as a sideline reporter for the NFL on FOX. She is a studio host for CBS Sports’ We Need To Talk, along with being a weekly analyst for Sirius XM NBA Radio.
Kustok began her career in Chicago as a host & reporter for NBC Sports Chicago covering the Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks, Cubs & White Sox. This also included sideline and analyst work on College Football & College Basketball for the ESPN family of networks.
Kustok was a three-time captain on the DePaul Blue Demons basketball team and currently ranks fourth in career three-point field goal percentage. During her junior season, she led the country in three-point field goal percentage, marking the third-highest single-season percentage in program history.
Kustok was inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame in 2012 and into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2021. She was inducted into the Carl Sandburg High School Hall of Fame in 2018. Kustok earned her Master’s in Corporate & MultiCultural Communication from DePaul in 2010.
