Troy is an Emmy Award-winning analyst for Monday Night Football on ESPN.
A three-time Super Bowl champion with the Dallas Cowboys and first-ballot Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback, Troy retired from the NFL in 2001 and has since been one of the top NFL analysts. In 2002, Troy was named the lead NFL analyst on FOX Sports, alongside Joe Buck, and the duo remains the longest-tenured broadcast crew in NFL history with 23 years in the booth. In 2022, Troy and Joe moved to ESPN to take-over the Monday Night Football franchise, where they are joined by Laura Rutledge.
Throughout his playing career, Troy was a six-time Pro Bowl quarterback, a member of the Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor, an NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year, the #1 overall pick in the 1989 NFL Draft in 1985, and an NCAA Football National Champion at the University of Oklahoma. Troy is also the founder of EIGHT Beer, which is among the fastest-growing beer brands in the country.
